this flight arrived from melbourne with about 450 people. according to the la times, its expected to pump nearly $600 million and create 3,000 jobs. i volunteer to be a "flight tester"... for first class of course! the a380 will be flying to LAX from melbourne twice a week and then on fridays, a once a week flight from LAX to sydney. qantas has ordered 20 of these double-decker planes with each costing around $300 million. a first class round trip ticket for the flight that arrived was around $18,000... chump change if you ask me... now all i gotta do is win the lotto
