Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300 seating is 2-3-2. I would recommend sitting in row that only has 2 seats. That way you either have a window seat or an aisle seat. The aircraft is a wide-body, meaning there are 2 aisles. When I flew the 767-300 from San Francisco to Atlanta, there was a TV on the back of each seat
